Welcome to our lovely room in our beautiful home, ideally located just 9 minutes from downtown and a leisurely 15-minute walk to Allegheny General Hospital. This room is spacious and welcoming and is perfect for your stay in the city! Step outside, and within a 2-minute walk, you'll reach the Fineview Overlook, offering breathtaking views of downtown Pittsburgh and the chance to create lasting memories. Our delightful and cozy room is ready to welcome you – we know you’ll adore it!

Please note that our property is a shared space, which means there may be other guests staying in the house during your visit. You'll have a private room, but common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared with others. We unfortunately do not allow children or infants in our home because it is a shared space and other guests use the home. Street parking is available at this location. * IMPORTANT NOTE * - We do have noise monitoring software in our home, which solely tracks noise levels to prevent large parties in our home. We have a strict no parties or events house rule. Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. If you would like to request early or late check in or out, please be advised there is a fee associated for either. Please message us, and we can coordinate with you on this!

I had a wonderful stay with Grace & Chibi. The house is peaceful, cozy and very well-kept. My room was clean and comfortable, and I slept really well there. The neighborhood is calm and safe, which helped me relax during my stay. Grace & Chibi are kind and thoughtful hosts — always respectful, helpful and easy to communicate with. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere they create in the home. I felt welcome the whole time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Rented a room with Grace and Chibi for two months, would definitely recommend. The house was clean. Located in Fineview, a Beautiful part of the town to stay in with a great view of the skyline. The host were very helpful and responsive during my stay. I will definitely be looking to book with them again next time I am in Pittsburgh!
