Welcome to our cozy room in our 4-bedroom home! Just 9 minutes from downtown and a 15-minute walk from Allegheny General Hospital. Our well-appointed room offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. Good to know

The room features modern conveniences for your comfort, with ample storage for your belongings. Your private room also includes access to shared areas in our home, such as the stylish bathroom, inviting living room, and fully equipped kitchen. You're welcome to prepare meals in the kitchen or relax in the cozy living room. Please note that this bedroom is on the 3rd floor and the ceilings are not flat (they are angled). This room is more than just a place to stay; it’s an essential part of your travel experience. We are excited to host you and ensure your stay is enjoyable and memorable! Please note that our property is a shared space, which means there may be other guests staying in the house during your visit. You'll have a private room, but common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared with others.

Other Details to Note

Keep your room key on you at all times! If you lose the key or forget to return it, there is a $50 fee for getting a replacement key! We unfortunately do not allow children or infants in our home because it is a shared space and other guests use the home. A cleaning fee of $100 per month applies to all guests staying one month or longer to ensure the common areas are kept clean and comfortable throughout your stay. Please note that parking is limited. We kindly ask guests to park on the gravel area, which can fit one car. Please do not block the driveways of any other homes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Please Note: Each guest is permitted to park one vehicle only. * IMPORTANT NOTE * - We do have noise monitoring software in our home, which solely tracks noise levels to prevent large parties in our home. We have a strict no parties or events house rule. Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. If you would like to request early or late check in or out, please be advised there is a fee associated for either. Please message us, and we can coordinate with you on this!

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. Allow the homeowner or service access to the property. Maintain a good level of cleanliness, and follow check-out instructions. Smoking is prohibited, noise must be kept to a minimum, any disputes must be reported, and security cameras must not be touched or modified. We love kids but infants are not allowed as this is a shared home. Guests must comply with house rules such as not flushing sanitary products down the toilet, please place trash in bags, no moving furniture, do not take bath towels with you, pay for repair costs caused due to your stay, and not losing personal belongings or valuables. These house rules are essential for a safe, secure, and fun stay at the property.

Grace was very accommodation and was always available if i needed anything. Close to downtown which i could catch the bus to work. I highly recommend if you are visiting downtown and would like to catch the bus. Thank you!

Grace and Chibi's was great, I enjoyed the conversation I shared with the other guests... even though I didn't plan on having roommates im grateful that I left knowing I made some new friends.
