Welcome to our private room with its own bathroom. Located just minutes from downtown and close to local attractions, this room has modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. You’ll enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom and have access to shared areas like the kitchen and living room. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers, this room offers a great mix of privacy and convenience. For fun, you can relax on our comfy blue couch or play Air hockey and Ping Pong. You’ll have a great time here!

Please note that our property is a shared space, which means there may be other guests staying in the house during your visit. You'll have a private room and bath, but common areas such as the kitchen and living room are shared with others. We unfortunately do not allow children or infants in our home because it is a shared space and other guests use the home. Street parking is available at this location. * IMPORTANT NOTE * - We do have noise monitoring software in our home, which solely tracks noise levels to prevent large parties in our home. We have a strict no parties or events house rule. Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. If you would like to request early or late check in or out, please be advised there is a fee associated for either. Please message us, and we can coordinate with you on this! ALSO NOTE: This room is located on the basement floor of the home and tend to be naturally cooler than the rest of the house during the winter months. If you would prefer a warmer room on a higher floor, please let us know and we would be happy to offer you that alternative.

Maintain a good level of cleanliness, and follow check-out instructions. Smoking is prohibited, noise must be kept to a minimum, any disputes must be reported, and security cameras must not be touched or modified. Guests must comply with house rules such as not flushing sanitary products down the toilet, please place trash in bags, no moving furniture, do not take bath towels with you, pay for repair costs caused due to your stay, and not losing personal belongings or valuables.
