This room is situated on the third floor, this cozy room offers a full-sized bed for restful nights, a monitor and desk perfectly suited for work or study. While the main bathrooms are easily accessible on the second floor, there’s an additional bathroom on the main level for your convenience. The soothing decor and well-curated furnishings make this space a haven for relaxation or getting things done

*** IMPORTANT NOTE: - The living room is a shared space, and as such, storing personal belongings or using it as a sleeping area is not allowed. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining this policy. - Kids and infants are not allowed as this is a shared space. - Parking in Oakland can be a bit tricky as this is a college campus! Parking on the left side of our street is restricted to residents with permit parking. There’s no parking allowed on the right side of our street. Please do not park on the right side as you will get a ticket! Some suggestions would be to park on adjacent streets which have paid parking. Please be sure to read ALL parking signs as parking officers are very strict in Oakland due to it being a college campus. - Please note that our property is a shared space, which means there may be other guests staying in the house during your visit. You'll have a private room, but common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared with others. - A cleaning fee of $100 per month applies to all guests staying one month or longer to ensure the common areas are kept clean and comfortable throughout your stay. - Please note that the basement is an unfinished space. It does not contain any living units, and the laundry located there is for cleaners only. Guests should use the laundry on the second floor.

Maintain a good level of cleanliness, and follow check-out instructions. Smoking is prohibited, noise must be kept to a minimum, any disputes must be reported, and security cameras must not be touched or modified. We love kids but children and infants are not allowed in our home Guests must comply with house rules such as not flushing sanitary products down the toilet, please place trash in bags, no moving furniture, do not take bath towels with you, pay for repair costs caused due to your stay, and not losing personal belongings or valuables. These house rules are essential for a safe, secure, and fun stay at the property.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. I stayed for a full month and had the chance to meet other guests, and every time someone moved out, the cleaning service came the same day, keeping everything spotless. The house is very comfortable, organized, and always clean. Having a washer and dryer was extremely convenient for a long stay. Fresh towels are provided, and there is always toilet paper available in the bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with many students walking around, which gives a nice and lively atmosphere. Grace and Chibi were very attentive and always available if needed. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place in Pittsburgh.

Check in and check out instruction was clear, third floor room was definitely much hotter than the first and second floor. Overall, it was clean and private, close to UPMC
