We unfortunately do not allow children or infants in our home because it is a shared space and other guests use the home. Keep your room key on you at all times! If you lose the key or forget to return it, there is a $50 fee for getting a replacement key! A cleaning fee of $100 per month applies to all guests staying one month or longer to ensure the common areas are kept clean and comfortable throughout your stay. Please note that parking is limited. We kindly ask guests to park on the gravel area, which can fit one car. Please do not block the driveways of any other homes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Please Note: Each guest is permitted to park one vehicle only. * IMPORTANT NOTE * - We do have noise monitoring software in our home, which solely tracks noise levels to prevent large parties in our home. We have a strict no parties or events house rule. Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. If you would like to request early or late check in or out, please be advised there is a fee associated for either. Please message us, and we can coordinate with you on this! ALSO NOTE: This room is located on the basement floor of the home and tend to be naturally cooler than the rest of the house during the winter months. If you would prefer a warmer room on a higher floor, please let us know and we would be happy to offer you that alternative.
