This room is on the second floor and provides a cozy, inviting space for your stay. It features both a queen bed and a twin sofa bed, making it a versatile choice for travelers. The room is thoughtfully furnished with a TV for your entertainment and a desk for work or study. With easy access to the shared bathrooms on the same floor, this room is ideal for guests seeking comfort, functionality, and relaxation during their visit.

Other Details to Note

- Kids and infants are not allowed, as this is a shared space. - Parking in Oakland can be a bit tricky as this is a college campus! Parking on the left side of our street is restricted to residents with permit parking. There’s no parking allowed on the right side of our street. Please do not park on the right side as you will get a ticket! Some suggestions would be to park on adjacent streets which have paid parking. Please be sure to read ALL parking signs as parking officers are very strict in Oakland due to it being a college campus. - Please note that our property is a shared space, which means there may be other guests staying in the house during your visit. You'll have a private room, but common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared with others. - A cleaning fee of $100 per month applies to all guests staying one month or longer to ensure the common areas are kept clean and comfortable throughout your stay. If you are not staying for one month, the regular cleaning fee applies. - Please note that the basement is an unfinished space. It does not contain any living units, and the laundry located there is for cleaners only. Guests should use the laundry on the second floor.

We love kids but children and infants are not allowed in our home Guests must comply with house rules such as not flushing sanitary products down the toilet, please place trash in bags, no moving furniture, do not take bath towels with you, pay for repair costs caused due to your stay, and not losing personal belongings or valuables. These house rules are essential for a safe, secure, and fun stay at the property.

It was great being here! I enjoyed my stay at this property! Very close to everything especially Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh among others. The hosts are super amazing and are only a text message away. I will be back very soon!

You can easily get around with a car or uber or by foot! Many people walk in Oakland, and you'll be sure to get a good workout in as our home is located on a hill!
