Elegant Room, Private Bath - Ideal for Remote Work

Please note that our property is a SHARED SPACE, which means there may be other guests staying in the house during your visit. You'll have a private room and a private bathroom but common areas such as the kitchen and living room are shared with others. This room is not equipped with air conditioning, but it is furnished with a fan for ventilation. Air conditioning units are available in the kitchen and living room. Due to the older architecture of our home, noise may travel from upstairs, especially as this room is situated in the basement. A cleaning fee of $100 per month applies to all guests staying one month or longer to ensure the common areas are kept clean and comfortable throughout your stay. Our home is located on a cobblestone road. Depending on which way you arrive at our home, one street has a steep hill, the other ways to arrive don't have a steep hill. On our street, there is one house that the city is in the process of either selling or tearing down as it has not been recently occupied. This is for guests to know in the event the tear down may occur on our street during their stay. We unfortunately do not allow children or infants in our home because it is a shared space and other guests use the home. ALSO NOTE: This room is located on the basement floor of the home and tend to be naturally cooler than the rest of the house during the winter months. If you would prefer a warmer room on a higher floor, please let us know and we would be happy to offer you that alternative.
