Hi! We are Grace & Chibi! Welcome to our apartment! This amazing 2nd floor apartment has all the conveniences desired: comfy beds, dedicated workspace area, and a place to relax after a long day! We are located on a quiet street in the coveted Highland Park neighborhood. Drive 5 mins to the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium! We are also a 13 min drive to the universities and 18 mins to downtown! We'd be happy to host you!

Good to know

This apartment is on the second floor of our home, which is a 3 story triplex. Inside we have 1 Queen Bed! Our kitchen is full with dishware, utensils, and different cooking supplies. Smart TV with Roku, closet space, and plenty of living room seating offers all the basic perks & amenities for a couple. With comfy furnishings & personal touches, this is a great place to lay your head after a day of city life!

The basement is an unfinished space. There is no unit, only laundry is located there.

Neighborhood

Highland Park is a very family friendly neighborhood! Our home is a 5 minute drive to the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium. There is a very cute coffee shop that is an 8 minute walk away (2 minute drive)! One street over from the coffee shop, there are different restaurant varieties like Brazilian, Thai, Italian, and Japanese.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire unit. All units on the property are separate. The only shared space on the property is the stairs/walkway within the building.

The space was very comfortable. It was well lived-in, but still felt clean! Amenities were high quality (great TV, soaps, and blankets) and the shower was great in particular. Grace and Chibi communicated quickly and clearly.

Find us

Parking is free street parking. There are usually many openings, so you should be able to find a spot in front of the house! Highland Park is also walkable, so you can walk about 8 mins to get to a coffee shop or restaurant!
