This home is thoughtfully arranged to provide comfort and convenience for your stay. The main floor features a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals and relaxing in comfort. The living room is adorned with colorful and plush couches, along with a twin bed that provides additional sleeping arrangements. On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with laundry. One of the bedrooms includes a twin bed, offering a comfortable space for guests to unwind. The third floor adds two additional bedrooms, giving everyone plenty of space to enjoy their privacy and recharge. Don’t miss out! Other Details to Note

Parking in Oakland can be a bit tricky as this is a college campus! Parking on the left side of our street is restricted to residents with permit parking. There’s no parking allowed on the right side of our street. Please do not park on the right side as you will get a ticket! Some suggestions would be to park on adjacent streets which have paid parking. Please be sure to read ALL parking signs as parking officers are very strict in Oakland due to it being a college campus. * IMPORTANT NOTE * - We do have noise monitoring software in our home, which solely tracks noise levels to prevent large parties in our home. We have a strict no parties or events house rule. Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. If you would like to request early or late check in or out, please be advised there is a fee associated for either. Please message us and we can coordinate with you on this! Please note that the basement is an unfinished space. It does not contain any living units, and the laundry located there is for cleaners only. Guests should use the laundry on the second floor.

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. Allow the homeowner or service access to the property if any maintenance or issues arise. Maintain a good level of cleanliness, and follow check-out instructions. Smoking is prohibited, noise must be kept to a minimum, any disputes must be reported, and security cameras must not be touched or modified. Additionally, guests must not leave children unattended at any time. Guests must comply with house rules such as not flushing sanitary products down the toilet, please place trash in bags, no moving furniture, do not take bath towels with you, pay for repair costs caused due to your stay, and not losing personal belongings or valuables. We were excited to find a house with so many bedrooms and bathrooms close to the event we were attending. There was street parking close by and we were able to walk to many things.

You can easily get around with a car or uber or by foot! Many people walk in Oakland, and you'll be sure to get a good workout in as our home is located on a hill!
