This room is located on the first floor of our thoughtfully arranged home. It features a queen-sized bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and a TV for your entertainment. Adjacent to the bedroom is the living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals and unwind. There is also a full bath on the first floor. There are two full bathrooms on the second floor for added convenience. With its inviting layout, this room offers a practical and relaxing space, whether you're here for a short visit or an extended stay.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE: - The living room is a shared space, and as such, storing personal belongings or using it as a sleeping area is not allowed. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining this policy. - Kids and infants are not allowed, as this is a shared space. - Parking in Oakland can be a bit tricky as this is a college campus! Parking on the left side of our street is restricted to residents with permit parking. There’s no parking allowed on the right side of our street. Please do not park on the right side as you will get a ticket! Some suggestions would be to park on adjacent streets which have paid parking. Please be sure to read ALL parking signs as parking officers are very strict in Oakland due to it being a college campus. - Please note that our property is a shared space, which means there may be other guests staying in the house during your visit. You'll have a private room, but common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared with others. - A cleaning fee of $100 per month applies to all guests staying one month or longer to ensure the common areas are kept clean and comfortable throughout your stay. - Please note that the basement is an unfinished space. It does not contain any living units, and the laundry located there is for cleaners only. Guests should use the laundry on the second floor.
