Welcome to our comfortable and inviting home, located in one of the city’s most lively yet peaceful neighborhoods. The location makes it easy to get around and enjoy Pittsburgh. You’re just a 10-minute walk to Shiloh Street, local bars, and restaurants, and about 10 minutes from Acrisure Stadium, PPG Paints Arena, PNC Park, major universities, hospitals, and more. Visiting for work or a getaway, our home offers a convenient and comfortable place to settle in.

Our home features a spacious living room with comfortable seating from Crate & Barrel, perfect for curling up with a good book or relaxing with friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen with a stunning island and Quartz countertop is perfect for cooking delicious meals and is stocked with all the appliances and cookware you need to make yourself at home. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with queens beds. Both of these bedrooms have admirable on-suite full baths! The third floor has 2 bedrooms with queens beds and a bath for them to share is on the second floor. Our house is the ideal setting for your family to stay!

* IMPORTANT NOTE * - We do have noise monitoring software in our home, which solely tracks noise levels to prevent large parties in our home. We have a strict no parties or events house rule. Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. If you would like to request early or late check in or out, please be advised there is a fee associated for either. Please message us and we can coordinate with you on this! Please note that the basement is unfinished. The laundry room is located on the main floor.

Please treat our house with respect! Guests must allow the homeowner or maintenance team access to the property if there is any sort of emergency or maintenance issue. Maintain a good level of cleanliness, and follow check-out instructions. Smoking is prohibited, noise, privacy, and security must be kept to a minimum, disputes must be reported, and security cameras must not be touched or modified. Additionally, guests must not leave children unattended at any time. Please bring any supplies you may need for your children! Guests must comply with house rules such as: - not flushing sanitary products down the toilet - trash must be in bags and tied securely - parking only in 3 parking spaces behind the house (do NOT block the common alley way as neighbors need access to come in and out) - do not move furniture - do not remove bath towels or linens from the property - guests are responsible for paying for repair costs or any damage caused to the property or our furnishings - guest must take their personal belongings or valuables with them upon checkout These house rules are essential for a safe, secure, and fun stay at the property.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the the entire home. You'll be able to park your cars behind the home on our concrete driveway, which fits 2-3 cars or park on the street for free! You can enter the home from the back (with no stairs), or from the front door, which is up a set of stairs.

Great stay! Spacious. Very comfortable beds. Great living room and kitchen for hanging out with the whole group. We enjoyed walking around Mt. Washington (amazing views) … and taking advantage of the close proximity to Shiloh St restaurants. You’re a short drive from everything you want to do and see in Pittsburgh (PNC, Steelers, Rivers, downtown, Strip).

The house was very clean and perfect for our stay. The hosts checked in with us prior to our say and once during to make sure everything was as it should be.
