Our home, a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary toiletries provided. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and chair and has a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, so you can prepare your own meals as you wish! The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. You can also enjoy a leisurely stroll to the Fine View Overlook, where you can take in the breathtaking views of the city. One bedroom is in the basement with a private ensuite bathroom; there are two bedrooms on the second floor. There is another bedroom on the third floor, which has a slanted ceiling. Please note that parking is limited. We kindly ask guests to park on the gravel area, which can fit one car. Please do not block the driveways of any other homes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Please note: Parking is limited to one vehicle The basement is an unfinished space. There is no unit, only laundry is located there. * IMPORTANT NOTE * - We do have noise monitoring software in our home, which solely tracks noise levels to prevent large parties in our home. We have a strict no parties or events house rule. Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. If you would like to request early or late check in or out, please be advised there is a fee associated for either. Please message us, and we can coordinate with you on this!

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. Allow the homeowner or service access to the property. Maintain a good level of cleanliness, and follow check-out instructions. Smoking is prohibited, noise must be kept to a minimum, any disputes must be reported, and security cameras must not be touched or modified. Additionally, guests must not leave children unattended at any time. Guests must comply with house rules such as not flushing sanitary products down the toilet, please place trash in bags, no moving furniture, do not take bath towels with you, pay for repair costs caused due to your stay, and not losing personal belongings or valuables. These house rules are essential for a safe, secure, and fun stay at the property.
